Youth Worship takes place at 6:00pm at Grace United Methodist Church in Maple Park and welcomes students looking for connection, growth, and a deeper understanding of faith. This weekly gathering offers a relaxed and supportive environment where youth can explore Scripture, ask questions, and build meaningful relationships with peers and leaders.
Each evening begins with shared dinner and beverages, creating space for conversation and community before the program begins. Sharing a meal helps students feel comfortable and valued while strengthening friendships and trust within the group. From there, the gathering moves into teaching, discussion, and prayer designed specifically for young people. Through Youth Worship, students learn how biblical stories connect to their everyday lives, school experiences, friendships, and challenges.
Leaders guide Scripture discussions in an approachable and engaging way, helping students understand what the Bible says and how to apply its message in real, practical ways. Activities encourage participation, honesty, and thoughtful reflection, allowing every student to engage at their own pace. Youth Worship focuses on building confidence in faith while creating a safe space for curiosity, growth, and conversation.
Students do not need prior church experience to attend. Friends are welcome, questions are encouraged, and every student can come as they are. The goal is to help youth grow spiritually while feeling supported and included within a caring community. Youth Worship offers more than a weekly gathering—it provides a place where faith, friendship, and understanding grow together in meaningful ways.
Youth worship is open to those 12 and Up.
