Grace Churches of Maple Park and Malta – Church Conference

Friends, it is time once again for our annual Church Conference. On Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., we will gather at Grace Church in Malta, Illinois. This meeting is for both the Grace churches of Maple Park and Malta. Everyone is invited. Every member has a voice and a vote.

The Church Conference is more than a date on the calendar. It is the moment when we, as God’s people, come together to consider the work and witness of our congregations. In our rural communities, where neighbors know each other by name and the church is often at the center of life, every person matters. Your presence at the Church Conference strengthens the voice of the whole church.

At this gathering, we will look back with gratitude at the past year. We will also look forward with hope, setting direction for ministry, mission, and leadership. Decisions made here shape the path ahead. The Church Conference reminds us that the church is not just the building. It is the people. Each voice and vote carries weight in shaping our shared story.

We will celebrate, we will reflect, and we will seek God’s guidance. Most of all, we will listen—listen to God’s Spirit and listen to one another. A Church Conference is about faithfulness. It is about unity. It is about ensuring that every member has a place at the table.
